Production Process

        The usual EVA insole molding for cold forming, the main production steps are as follows

1: Will fit the fabric of EVA material, cut into size suitable for shoe mold size

2: The cut EVA material, put about 150 --- 190 ℃ baking oven until the EVA material becomes soft, aging.

3: The softened EVA material into the mold of the machine forming. Molding mold is usually hollow, a cooling water temperature control in the mold between 15 ---- 20 ℃.

4: EVA material in the mold shrinkage and compression, resulting in changes in the shape of EVA material to form insole shape.

5: Will suppress a good EVA insole trimming or cutting. Made insoles.
