Chilly feet are practically unavoidable during the winter, especially when the weather is cold and damp. It’s possible that your feet are pale and frigid to the touch.

Socks
If your feet sweat a lot, they may become wet. To keep your feet as dry as possible, it is critical to change your socks once or twice a day. Cotton or wool socks are the most absorbent materials.
Warm, thick woolen socks help to keep your feet warm. Two pairs of thin socks insulate better than one pair of thick socks. Make sure the elastic isn’t too tight, as this could restrict circulation to your feet.
Footwear
It is critical that your footwear be warm, well-fitting, and waterproof. Feet that become wet become cooler and can also create a breeding ground for fungal and bacterial illnesses. Footwear should be properly dried before wearing.

Getting Your Feet Warm
To immediately warm your feet, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes and then completely dry them.
Avoid putting direct heat near your feet, such as a hot water bottle or radiator, as this can cause skin burns or chilblains.
