A1: In fact,the Plantar fasciitis is a mechanical problem which often caused by a fallen arch,the plantar fascia torn by the arch collapsed. This orthotic can lift up the fallen arch to where it’s supposed to be.

A2: The model #622 is full length and #622B is 3/4 length. The model #1005 is upgraded version with the additional extrinsic rearfoot positing to Align the entire foot,providing stability for the proper foundation to make alignment of your entire body from the ground up.
