Q1: How do these extra pads work?
A1: 4 optional pads of transverse arch pads ; heel pads ; heel medial wedge and heel pads can be stick on the basic insole bottom, just tear off the sticker on the small pad, and then stick at the correct place on the insole bottom, you can decide to stick each of one pad or not, it depends on your needs.

A2: According to different gait patern problems, it can adjust heel valgus degree, increase medial arch height, heel height, and shock absorption.
